I provide individual therapy to guide my clients on their healing journey.
PSIP is a therapeutic modality combining legal psychedelic medicines with a somatic, autonomic nervous system based treatment protocol. Through attachment-based interaction with the therapist during the session, the body's intelligent self-corrective healing mechanisms become active.
The Art as Expression Workshops allows people to tap into their natural abilities through a series of exercises. We will work with a specific technique to transform difficult emotions and creative decision-making using art in the workshops.
I have years of experience conducting psycho-educational workshops on different topics, from “coping with cravings in addiction recovery” to “healing shame” to “using commitment successfully in your life.” Each workshop involves a presentation and experiential activities.
I facilitate circles to build bridges between people from different cultures and explore meaningful topics to cultivate healing and connection. I have facilitated for: Reconciliation Canada, North Shore Restorative Justice, Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Canadian Race Relations Foundation, Simon Fraser Center for Dialogue.
I am a mentor with the Fundamental Well-Being Foundation which researches different types of awakened states of consciousness and compiles the most effective methods to persistently integrate them into your life. I am happy to support you in your spiritual journey
