I help people access their body-based somatic intuition so they can find answers that are true for their lives. Healing is a meaningful journey, and I offer accompaniment that honours its depth, intelligence, and natural flow.
I work best with people who are already in relationship with their bodies and/or imagination, and who sense there is something more waiting to be integrated—beyond insight alone.
I have worked in the field of healing for over 20 years. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with a concentration in psychotherapy and creative modalities, and I taught in the Master’s of Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy program at Adler University for four years. My work has taken place across a wide range of settings and with people of all ages.
I also completed a PhD at Simon Fraser University in the Faculty of Education, where my research explored how healing relationships are cultivated within an Indigenous Healing Village (a minimum-security prison). This work deepened my understanding of integrative responses to wrongdoing, relational repair, and the conditions that allow transformation to occur.
My approach weaves somatic awareness, intuitive knowing, symbolic and imaginal work, and psychedelic integration. I am attentive to the subtle layers where meaning reorganizes and where wholeness after fragmentation becomes possible again.
